Car flips upright in PIE accident near Tampines Ave 5

SINGAPORE - A car was seen standing upright in a ditch after an accident on the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) near the Tampines Ave 5 exit.
A man and a woman were seen lying on a road divider in photos posted online.
Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was alerted at 10.45am, and dispatched one ambulance.
A man in his 60s and a woman in her 50s were conveyed to Changi General Hospital, SCDF said.
The photos of the accident were captured by Johnson Chong, who put them up on Facebook on Tuesday morning.
