The Singapore flyer's spokesman says that the reason for STOMPer eastsider's long waiting time is due to the large weekend crowds and school holidays.

This is in response to an earlier article where STOMPer eastsider was unhappy to have waited one hour to board the Singapore Flyer.

The spokesman said in an email (Jun 8):

"We thank the STOMPer for his feedback.

"At Singapore Flyer, we strive to accord each and every guest the best possible experience and take all feedback seriously.

"The Singapore Flyer caters to huge crowds every weekend, especially during the school holidays, which coincides with your visit.

"Additionally, we were experiencing full capacity on 6 June which resulted in your longer than expected waiting time to board the Flyer.

"We appreciate your feedback and will work to ensure the waiting period for flight boarding is minimal.

"We also seek your understanding in this matter and look forward to welcoming you back to Singapore Flyer to experience a moving experience on the top of the world."
