At 9:28 on June 22, the red high-speed box girder handling machine successfully erected 1,000 tons of box girder on the pier of the Fuzhou-Xiamen High-speed Railway Meizhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge, which was the first high-speed box girder transportation in the country. The integrated machine is put into use.
Compared with the traditional split-type bridging machine, this 1000-ton mobile bridging machine integrates the three functions of lifting beam, transporting beam and beam, and one device can realize the functions of the previous three devices. This is also the most complete high-speed rail bridge lifting frame equipment independently designed and manufactured in China. It can meet the construction of high-speed rail box beams with different spans of 24 meters, 32 meters and 40 meters.
