I booked this Premier taxi for 9am and the "extra" had my $8 booking fee. But why does the "surcharge" constantly increase like a fare when the taxi moves? Also, does the ERP charges fall into the "extra" or "surcharge" costs? Please enlighten me on how the taxi meter works.
