Hi Brothers and Sisters of the Cyber sphere,

I was wondering whether we can start a thread with an updated list of companies that uses Free Holidays or gifts etc to lure unknowing people to their timeshare talk or some exclusive membership talk etc.

Bogus travel vouchers that can hardly be claimed or gifts that are worthless.

Let us create an awareness so that all can be forewarned of the danger that is lurking in this desperate times where peasants scramble for whatever crumbs that are left including being scammed by these unscrupulous companies.

Let's name them and share your experience:

1. Shaw Tower - Orient Travels. Useless Gifts
2. Rolex Tower - ??? - bogus travel voucher
3. Burlington Square - Asialink - bogus travel voucher

Any other list and experience?

A New type of Timeshare Ponzi scheme in the making.

How it works?

You pay outfront membership fee of $18'000
Then you get to enjoy all benefits almost like Timeshare as they are "wholeseller" for airtickets, holidays, tour packages etc. So by being their members you get to enjoy all benefits like those of Timeshare almost in dangerous identical fashion.

However the "ponzi-liked" scheme works as such that your principal is GUARANTEED and will be refunded at the end of 5 years. Each year you to earn an interest rate returns on your "membership" fees. 1st Year 10% = $1'800, 2nd to 4th Year 7% = $1'260 x 3 = $3'780 and 5th Year 30% = $5'400. You will get back interest of total = $10'980 on top of the $18'000.

They claimed that the money is used for property investment in Uzbekistan.

You decided for yourself whether this scheme is reliable or not. If you are keen please feel free to contact AsiaLinx and they will even give you free TRAVEL upon signing up for their membership.

Remember Membership got it "Privileges"

Never pay "upfront" for anything even if the "principal is guaranteed".
The only guarantee in life is death.
