Worker Party Political Union to replace SDA or take over SDA

Since Worker Party is the majority opposition party in parliament for year 2011. We shall declare Worker Party as a Lead party of Singapore Opposition parties for year 2011 - 2016. The Worker Party shall form a Singapore Opposition Political Union or Worker Party Political Union to replace SDA or take over SDA.

The Political Union Shall:-

Vision: Form an alliance government in parliament

Mission: Form an alliance party to contest in general elections

The Party Shall Declaration that the aims and purposes of the party:

(1) To accelerate Political Growth, Social Awareness and Political Power sharing in our General Elections and Parliament House.

(2) To promote political peace and stability through abiding respect for justice and the rule of law in the relationship among political parties.

(3) To agreed on a concert of Singaporean outward looking, living in peace, stability and prosperity, bonded together in dynamic development and in one united nation of caring societies.

The Members have to adopt the following fundamental principles in their relations with one another:

1) mutual respect for the Aim, Vision, Mission, Objective, Principle, Election Manifesto, Integrity, Equality and Party Identity of all parties;

2) the right of every party executive council to lead its party existence free from external interference, subversion or coercion;

3) non-interference in the internal affairs of one another;

4) settlement of differences or disputes by peaceful manner;

5) renunciation of the threat or use of force;

6) effective cooperation among themselves.

7) each party member had the right to switch among the component parties (Democracy and Human Right)

Singapore alone unable to manage world economy and security unless a regional community union can do so.

I do not believe that any political party is able to lead Singapore alone. Do not promise that you will make Singapore strong. Do not lie to Singaporean.

Singapore can only be strong if Asia Community Union makes Singapore as their capital city. Singapore must make Asia countries to sign Asian Community Union Treaty, Asian Police and Judicial Community Union and Asian Common Foreign and Security Policy Community Union.

The Asia Community Union will stop conflict among Asian countries. This will make Asia strong. As citizens of a capital of Asia Community Union, Singaporeans will be proud to live in Singapore.

SPP, SDA and RP will become extinct.

Nichole will engineer a takeover of NSP. If GMS resists but is ousted, then he will prob try to revive SDA with his loyalists.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CANDIDATES

For Presidential Election

A person is qualified to be a candidate for election as President if he:
is a citizen of Singapore;
is 45 years old and above on Nomination Day;
is registered as an elector in the current registers of electors;
is resident in Singapore on Nomination Day and has been so for a total period not less than 10 years;
is not subject to any of the disqualifications specified in Article 45 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore;
is not a member of any political party on the date of his nomination for election; and
has held office for a period of not less than 3 years in position of seniority and responsibility in the public or private sector as described below -
as Minister, Chief Justice, Speaker, Attorney-General, Chairman of the Public Service Commission, Auditor-General, Accountant-General or Permanent Secretary;
as chairman or chief executive officer of a statutory board to which Article 22A of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore applies;
as chairman of the board of directors or chief executive officer of a company incorporated or registered under the Companies Act (Cap. 50) with a paid-up capital of at least $100 million or its equivalent in foreign currency; or
in any other similar or comparable position of seniority and responsibility in any other organization or department of equivalent size or complexity in the public or private sector which, in the opinion of the Presidential Elections Committee, has given him such experience and ability in administering and managing financial affairs as to enable him to carry out effectively the functions and duties of the office of President.

For Parliamentary Election

A person is qualified to be a candidate for election as a Member of Parliament (MP) if he:
is a citizen of Singapore;
is 21 years old and above on Nomination Day;
is registered as an elector in the current registers of electors;
is resident in Singapore on Nomination Day and has been so for a total period not less than 10 years;
is not subject to any of the disqualifications specified in Article 45 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore; and
possesses a sufficient degree of proficiency in spoken English, Malay, Mandarin or Tamil and, unless incapacitated by blindness or other physical cause, be able to read and write at least one of the said languages so that he can take an active part in the proceedings of Parliament.

For People's Hall Election

A person is qualified to be a candidate for election as a Member of People's Hall (MPH) if he:
is a citizen of Singapore;
is 21 years old and above on Nomination Day;
is registered as an elector in the current registers of electors;
is resident in Singapore on Nomination Day

I would like to propose Singapore to has three people's hall for Temasek Region, Srivijaya Region and Kota Singa Region. This is because Singapore Population had increase from 500,000 in 1963 to 2,300,000 in 2011. The chief of People's Hall shall be a Mayor, the highest ranking officer in a municipal region government.

Young Politician can start their political career from the People Hall office holder: Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Region Transport Minister, Region Development Minister, Region Education Minister, Region Health Minister, Mayor Office Minister and members of People's Hall.

I do not believe that any political party is able to lead Singapore alone. Do not promise that you will make Singapore strong. Do not lie to Singaporean. One Party with Military Action system will never make Singapore control world economy and security because we just a small island city.

That my own opinion too. RP,SDA and SPP will become meaningless without Chiam.
RP and SDA are even worst than SDP.
