SINGAPORE: All four molest charges against former Singapore Zoo vet Dr Oh Soon Hock were withdrawn Friday.
The 52-year-old had earlier been accused of molesting a 21-year-old victim four times at the Mandai Lake Road premises between January and March 2009.
The charges were compounded for a sum of S$15,000 paid to the victim, which the prosecution did not object to.
Dr Oh's lawyer said the vet is relieved the whole experience is over and wants to move on.
He added that Dr Oh, who is known for using Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat animals, misses his work at the Zoo and hopes for a chance to return to work with animals.
