KUALA LUMPUR - The Police in the northern Malaysian state of Kelantan say some teenaged drug addicts have been offering their girlfriends to peddlers for the night in exchange for "pil kuda", or psychotropic pills, reported Bernama.
"Such alarming activity also involved schoolboys aged between 14 and 16, who already had sex with their girlfriends," state police deputy chief Mazlan Lazim said.
Mr Mazlan blamed such "business transactions" for a rise in sexual crimes in the state and urged parents to keep a closer eye on their daughters and warn them against mixing with drug addicts.
He added that 296 rape cases were reported there between January and Dec 12.
