It looks more like a hoax especially the part whih he sat on the chair. The door behind was open and most likely the chair has string attached. The chair was actually seen toppling.

You can note on his standing demonstration that the mother was anticipating the leg pulling. She was already there to help when the"ghost" started pulling his leg. Again the "pulling" seems more like a reult of a thin rope effect instead of a ghostly result.

The TV station never did any further verification by investigating the chair and his legs.
