'Drop- Dead Gorgeous' sexy calendar from coffin maker

Talk about good marketing gimmicks. A funeral company in Poland has launched its annual calendar, themed "Drop Dead Gorgeous", featuring scantily-clad women in suggestive poses - in and on its coffins. According to UK tabloid Metro, the sexy images were inspired by Hollywood classics such as Reservoir Dogs, The Godfather and some James Bond films.
The September page in the 2011 calendar even features a topless model straddling one of the firm's coffins. The coffin company, CofaniFunebri, prides itself in having published raunchy calendars for several years now.
The company's official website also boasts several images of women in their underwear to promote the firm's three main lines of coffins and other products. Company spokesman Bartek Lindner said: "It has a sort of Hollywood feel with a darker edge."
However, a prominent priest in Warsaw, Father Tadeusz Rybnik has reportedly comdenmed the marketing campaign, saying "This is simply tasteless and shocking. Death is not sexy and the connotations presented in this calendar are disturbing to say the least."
