General Information and Splash Types
There are 2 canvases in Splash, one for containing your ornaments to be use for the type of Splash effect and the other for carrying your content during play. Currently objects use as ornaments does not support customize animation or placing in Set.
Duplication
Most Splashes duplicates and recycle it's ornaments to make up for any short fall. If more is specified, they will be picked up in the next repeating cycle.
Path
Some Splashes uses single or multiple path. Each path are lines with points where a ornament will be placed on it. Splashes that support path may have choices to indicate it's path usages. If no path are specified, it will construct a single path based on the Xs and Ys values of each of your ornaments.
Enter/Leave
This is an implementation whereby a Splash can be seen dashing into the display area, performing it's effect and showing it's content before leaving the display area.
In the Enter/Leave Tab above, here is a brief information.
Seconds: The time to move between 2 points.
Xs and Ys: These are relative points to the Splash Window coordinates.
Easing: A standard easing to be applied to the movement.
Note: The Seconds parameter is independent of the main timeline, ie. the Splash effect kicks in together when the window start moving and ends when the window has left.
Time Tab ( Common parameters applied to all Splashes )
Frame Rate: The timer heartbeat in seconds or time it refreshes.
Interval: A time interval to create the next ornament or group of ornaments or action.
Timeout: The cut off time for effect. The checkbox indicates it uses what was defined in the main timeline.
Taper: Tapering out the effect before the timeout kicks in. It will attempt to perform a smooth exit if neccessary.
