　　今年１月２６日，临安市境内发生一起杀人案。７月１９日，案件侦破工作取得重大突破。公安机关根据群众提供的线索，查明被害人系湖州市南浔区失踪人员钱某，男，６７岁，其户籍地为安徽省合肥市肥东县。
　　公安机关经过缜密侦查，发现浙江省高级法院立案第一庭原副庭长潘华山有重大作案嫌疑，于７月２６日将其抓获归案。经审讯，潘华山初步交代犯罪事 实：今年１月８日中午，潘遇到被害人钱某，邀请其到家中吃饭。其间两人因官司一事发生口角，继而拉扯，潘遂将其杀害，并抛尸于临安。
　　８月１日，临安市人民检察院认为，潘华山将被害人钱某杀害并分尸，抛尸于杭州临安，其行为已涉嫌故意杀人罪，依法作出批准逮捕潘华山的决定。
