STOMPer K was on his way to work this morning (Aug 11) when he saw water gushing out from a crack in the road surface along Jalan Membina, opposite Tiong Bahru Plaza.

Said the STOMPer:

"This happened at about 7.50am today, opposite Tiong Bahru Plaza.

"Police was there and the incident caused traffic disruption because motorists were not able to turn into Jalan Membina.

"I believe some underground pipe might have burst."

Tanjong Pagar GRC stated prominently in the picture, who is in charge???...No Porn Lui?, you expect the MM to be bothered with this, he is already 86 with aches & pains...hmmm

Hmm, Orchard, Balestier, Bukit Timah and now Tiong Bahru. Is Singapore going to be a watery grave for all of its inhabitants? :p
