Japan - Tokyo Stay

Hi, I will be extending my stay in Japan after my official work in yokohama. Most properly will be in Tokyo for 2 - 3 nights before coming back to Singapore..

After Japan Expert here who can recommend lodging (not very expensive), places to visit (a must), things to buy (cheaper than in Singapore) and eating places (things to try)?

How cold is the weather there? If I am not mistaken its around 10 degrees C? I was posted to Osaka to work during my younger days during mid Jan to Mar bloody temp was around minus 10 degrees C
