By what I listed above is it very confusing? How come languages can end up to become importing foreign talents into Singapore? So this is what our useless shit PAP ministers very good at using. Just give stupid and dont make sense excuses to confuse us(local Singaporeans), then they will use that to import foreign talents shit to take away Singaporean jobs and says that without them no jobs are created.

Ignore all the social engineering rubbish, just concentrate on becoming successful. When you have done that, you can always hire interpreters or take your time in picking up the languages. In this instance, I am assuming that you mean being successful in business/working. You can always be successful in endeavours that don't require good language skills. For example, you can speak only Martian but still compose beautiful music or climb Mt Everest.
