It was a gloomy affair for Singapore F1, held shortly after Halimah was appointed President. With a heavy downpour at the start of the race, three top racers Vettel, Kimi Raikkonen and Max Verstappen crashed their cars. At the coffee shop where I was watching the race on TV, there were curses blaming the accident on the Hungry Ghost month. One guy ventured that it was Halimah who brought the suay and that this was a bad omen for LHL. Have to wait and see if the coffee shop guys are right.
