if you sell to a middle man or a shop, they will low-ball you.
Use ebay or carousell.

for the old Singapore $1 Lion coin, there should be four versions in the market:

Type 1: Used Nickel Coin in mass-circulation - These are priced below $6

Type 2: Uncirculated Nickel Coin (mint condition) - These are priced about $7-10

Type 3: Silver version of the coin (Uncirculated-PROOF)
Appx $70-120

I don't think it's worth much.
I have one big bag of straits settlement coins.....and these are late 1800s to early 1900s.....that's more than 100 years. They ain't worth much. Coins if aren't mint condition....serious collectors won't pay much for them.

Good morning O'wise froggy,

here you go
https://carousell.com/search/produc...ghest_price&price_end=50000&price_start=10000

Do not pay more than $500 above the face value.
a note is still a note regardless of face value. Percentage appreciation is lowest for high denomination
A $50 note might gain 50% 30 years later eg. $75
but a $10000 note will only gain 5-10% 30 years later, eg. $10500

Beware, for $10000, there are many "approved" fakes in the market (Specimen grade)

oh ya, she said she misses you a lot
