Fingerprint scanner at the back is brainless. iPhone the best.

Furthermore, the battery of Note 8 is actually smaller than the S8. haha.... Use for 6 hours then need to charge?

Samsung's tactic is to release new models BEFORE Apple. I Guess they hope that it will capture some market share?

At the prices of these OLED phones I think many will wait to see what Apple iPhones will be released before they decide to spend $$$.

Apple will be announcing their new iPhones this coming Wednesday, Sept 12.

Just curious why you need so much memory?

Amateur mistake. Some apps cannot save directly to micro sd card.

It is the OS version. Old version Android used to allow more things to be kept in SD card.

New Android version played too safe. Your huge SD card is mounted in /storage/3745-5340/ or some numbers like that.

Not very useful for the apps this way. Actually apps developers will know that to use SDcards you need to separately have a different PERMISSION & use different METHODS & PROPERTIES etc painful java codings very different from Internal storage. Some handphone brands will even require you to ROOT or HACK devices just to be able to break away from restrictions of using SDcards as certain storage functions.

So buying huge SDcards to make up for small internal memory sizes will be not very fruitful.

The security problems are coming from misuses and swapping out different SDcards repeatedly and hack or confuse the securities. So Android itself begin to play this Kiasu security & permission craps.

Another issue is Internal memory are much more faster access speed than SDcards. Some cheap cards are so unreliable.

Got lots of data about 93GB now, Whatsapp & Wechat & offline maps and DVR recordings.

Oh ok ok I often delete my messages and photos like almost everyday, I could survive on my 32G despite the high usage

sd card slot for new generation mobiles is gonna go the way of the dodo. just too much hassle in app dev and security issues. better to get 128g as 64g will easily run out due to bloat of android crap and samsung own useless software. the two, samsung and google, don't see eye to eye in optimum use and running of os and both are piling the shit on the device as though it has 2 lives and personalities of its own. and because there's a need for cloud backup of your image and content, both require double the memory of what's loaded on your device to do successful and speedy backups. if your device storage spec says 64g, only about 59g is usable. and when it's heavily loaded with latest android (takes up too much fucking space) os, kernel, android system (why do they need a separate android system software from the os? fuck those google geeks), google play services (can't escape or opt out of this if you're an android user), samsung software, apps, photos, videos, etc., storage use can easily top 69% of 64g, rendering backup and memory processing of some apps extremely troublesome. need a storage headroom of at least 50% to run smooth in many apps. moreover, google play services are constantly running in the background even if you "stop" the app by force. by using android, you just checked into hotel california. you can check out anytime you wish, but you can never kill the beast.

must get the 128g version as photos taken will require more memory with new cameras. i'm using a 64g version older iphone but i must regularly transfer my videos and pics to icloud as they take up gobs of memory. it's troublesome, but if you have the 256g version you don't need to worry about it until the next major iphone upgrade in 2 years.

btw, buy the oled model. other 2 will be standard display. all will have edge to edge display, no more home button. will introduce facial recognition as an option to touch id. if you do a complete makeover of your face to look like george clooney, good luck.
