  他长期研制地地战术导弹

  1963年,刘石泉出生于湖北大冶的一个贫寒家庭。读初中和高中时,由于奶奶有重病,家里弟妹多,他的生活极其困难,每周只带两罐头瓶咸菜。为了挣学费,他趁周末到附近铁矿去捡废铁,放假和寒假时到铁山去筛铁。

  1978年,年仅15岁的刘石泉患是了淋巴结核,险些失去高考机会。他以令人难以想象的毅力,带着病疼参加了高考,并以优异的成绩考入哈尔滨船舶工程学院,进入导弹工程系导弹总体设计专业学习。

  8月30日,中国航天科工集团公司副总经理刘石泉透露,中国航天科工集团公司(以下简称“中国航天科工”)开展了“高速飞行列车”的研究论证,拟通过商业化、市场化模式,将超声速飞行技术与轨道交通技术相结合。研制的新一代交通工具,将利用超导磁悬浮技术和真空管道,致力于实现超音速的“近地飞行”。

  中国航天科工方面称,公司拥有丰富的重大项目系统工程实践经验和技术积累,具有大工程必备的仿真建模和大系统试验能力,国际一流的超声速飞行器设计能力,这些为“高速飞行列车”项目建设提供了重要的基础。

  中国航天科工相关负责人透露,“高速飞行列车”项目的落地将按照最大运行速度1000公里/小时、2000公里/小时、4000公里/小时三步走战略逐步实现。

  毛凯透露,与国外相关公司正在研发的“超级高铁”不同,中国航天科工的“高速飞行列车”无需车轮就能跑起来。

  毛凯还透露,“高速飞行列车”已进入部分关键技术攻关阶段。据了解,“高速飞行列车”工程项目在实施过程中注重发挥各方面优势建立“国家队”,联合了国内外20多家科研机构,成立了国内首个国际性高速飞行列车产业联盟,目前团队拥有相关领域的200多项专利。

  中国航天科工方面称,与国外同类企业相比,中国的企业起点高,利用航天超声速相关技术,航天科工是全球首个提出超声速地面运输系统的集团公司。

  针对部分公众提出的“安全性”等问题,毛凯回应道,“高速飞行列车”加速的时候,是按照人能承受的速度慢慢加速的;减速的时候,也是按照人能够承受的范围慢慢减速的。“不存在对人体有伤害这一说法。”

  毛凯表示,安全性是“高速飞行列车”项目团队考虑的首要问题,“我们也有考虑票价制定的问题,但这不是目前我们需要关注的核心问题,票价制定到时会与运营方一起商定。”

  中国航天科工方面未公布“高速飞行列车”研制节点。对此,毛凯回应称,“关于研制节点,目前我们是有一个计划安排的。但是,这样一个大型的工程,我们得对公众负责,我们需要详细、深入论证研究之后,才能公布相关信息。”毛凯补充道,“有的问题可能会有变化,(相关研制节点)可能提前,也可能滞后。”

  毛凯:我们采用的技术路线和国外相关公司不一样,,国外采取的悬浮方式需要车轮先跑起来,达到一定速度才能悬浮起来,我们采取的高温超导磁悬浮方式属于被动悬浮方式,没有初速度也能悬浮起来,不需要车轮就能跑起来的。

  “高速飞行列车”采用的动力系统是电磁推进。

  “高速飞行列车”采用的真空管道不是绝对真空,是接近真空。

  我们的超导磁悬浮本身已经达到一定水平了,它的实用化需要我们系统工程的牵引。

  毛凯:大家一定是会有不同意见的。我觉得作为一名科技工作者,我们的使命就是一步一个脚印往前走。(关于)“高速飞行列车”项目,我们的步骤也不是一下子就达到4000公里/小时的速度,我们先从1000公里/小时做起,然后往2000公里/小时、4000公里/小时的速度去走。

  我觉得再困难也没有“两弹一星”的研制过程困难,那时候我们什么都没有。现在,我们在电磁技术、磁悬浮,以及航天技术上都有一些储备。

  全世界也不光我们一家在干。我们中国人应该自信一些,航天技术、高铁都是中国名片,为什么两项技术加在一起就不能引领世界呢?

  不是我们异想天开去做,我们的技术已经储备好几年。这项技术实际上1904年就有人提出这个概念了,国外的Hyperloop One、HTT等公司也在做。

  大家从各个方面给我们提一些意见,对我们也是一种帮助。我觉得这是好事。

  关于信心:“我们有非常好的技术储备”

  记者:你们研制“高速飞行列车”的信心源自何处?

  毛凯:第一,我们有很好的经济条件,我们的经济基础还是比较好的;第二,我们有非常好的技术储备,高温超导等相关技术以及我们的一些航天技术,在国际上都是领先的;第三,我们有很好的人才储备和试验条件;第四,我们有非常好的政策环境,现在国家在推军民融合、创业驱动,这个项目恰恰是军民融合、创新驱动的一个例子。
