at next year's NDP, I hope when the regimental flags are rested on the ground in allegiance people must realize that some of the regiments and service sub branches do not have Malays in it. There should be a rotation of Chief of Defense Forces as well so as to have a minority race member as one. Maybe even for the post of Prime Minister.

There are Malays--in support units as clerks and storemen. But hardly see them during NDP.

How do you know they are not Malays?-their IC may say Indian and they may have Indian fathers - but they consider themselves Malays and live as one. Like that all units also have Malay what-confused?-so am I !

MediaCorpse will have to display Malay words for the national anthemn when they open each day's TV programmes. Only English translations of the anthemn appear on the screen now.

Like that....every NTUC sanctioned eatery, owned or run by them must have that sign : 'NO PORK, NO LARD, NO ALCOHOL, NO CIGARETTES' & unmarried woman eating alone must sit in designated area or accompanied by a female chaperone...legs must be covered....:biggrin:
