Notwithstanding the traits of Indians, all races have their own issues and challenges. Us Chinese are notorious for keeping quiet in the face of tyranny and actually believe in the mandate from heaven shit. Singapore is actually the first Chinese majority country to have democratic elections and that because it is more cosmopolitan and westernised in outlook.
But it is good to know that all are converging using model of developed countries to better themselves as human beings.

there's this ah neh chap who shows up at work 6.9am in the morning and gets on a conference call on his mobile instead of his desk phone. the call lasts 6.9 hours but the annoyance is from his loud voice and him walking around everybody with his mobile stuck to his ears. it doesn't seem to be a dialogue as he is the only one talking as though in a motor-mouth monologue. nominating him for employee of the month.
