I agree with Dr Chee's proactive approach to this case. He is doing a check on the incumbent party which violate rules and laws for its own convenience.

Sdp is only playing to the gallery by resorting to collecting signatures. No one will believe pap gives 2 hoots about it.

The only way to force pap to comply is to bring govt to court citing the landmark ruling on HGBE.
