This looks like someone out to fix the lawyer and Lionel. This person must have been misled by both parties and now taking it out. Lionel is already keeping quiet, lets see what JC is going to do.

Maybe he is happy that he has done a good job for the Government. He maybe thinks that if he did not do a good job then no one would care about him or who he is.
