Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong said taking legal action against his younger siblings "cannot be my preferred choice", as doing so would further besmirch their parents' names and prolong the dispute.

Parents and siblings above the law?

He doesn't have to but the secret committee and the government should after all he had recluse himself.

A better question should have been "It appears to me that the Lee Wei Ling and Lee Hsien Loong are right in that you, Mr Prime Minister, is abusing your office. How can you appoint your personal lawyer to be AG when he has never even been in the civil service or SIngapore judiciary, over many more experienced lawyers and judges?"
