    Wrong!

The only thing correct about 1B1R is to draw a line to cut off and abandon and Isolate a portion of the globe, so that 1B1R group can rise and grow, as the other world sink & perish. If you begin to take on those on the other side, it defeats your original purpose.

World development is STUCK because globe resources can not take 8 billion load, so some need to be abandoned and isolated, so that at least a smaller portion of that can still enjoy growth instead of just dying altogether. The line must be Strongly and Steeply maintained 1000X more SOLID than Great Wall. You Never open the Great Wall's Gate to let anyone from the Outside to enter. Or else all inside will die together, defeat purpose. G7 West & Japs are BOGGED Deadmeats and the only way PRC 1B1R can move forward is to Abandon them, Isolate them, By Pass them, leave them to die and rot ASAP, if 1B1R don't Cut-Off and Abandon them Whole World Die Together!

Think Quarantine SARS! You let open it, then all die!
