I remember when the first drone took out the leader of XYZ terrorist group. The World rejoiced, then slowly everyone noticed that nothing changed and attacks continued, no ground was gained. By now there must surely be a thousand hits via drones form Yemen to Afghanistan and hundreds of leaders taken out and the World is still in the same position.

The disclosure may also provide some insight into why after reportedly attacking virtually every religion and ethnicity in the region, there have been virtually no documented attacks by the Islamic State on Israel or its citizens.
