So, what's the point of a world class uni when non-degree can be successfully and urged on by million dollar ministers?

At least degrees from 3rd world ranked at the other end of scale is widely accepted over local degrees, what, again, is the point made here?

unis may be number one but the quality of the students clearly isnt.
