Chinese purchased Minsk from then USSR in 90s and used it at ShenZhen as aircraft carrier theme park, for tourism & children entertainment. After more than a decade, theme park also closed, now like a ghost ship parking in port Cho-Boh-Lan.

明斯克号”的前身为前苏联“明斯克号”航母，以前苏联城市、现白俄罗斯首都明斯克命名。1993年退役后，“明斯克”号航母被俄罗斯方面卖给了韩国大宇重工集团。
