Well said. I was about to say the same.

The issue is not the judge, its AG. Suddenly maids and foreigners are charged for manslaughter and not murder even when premeditation and planning had occurred. A judge cannot hang someone for manslaughter.

If this brothel keeper was Filipino, I am sure the charge would be manslaughter
