can always be quickly (during the next three months) amended again to "4 most recent terms of office of the President", right?

Furthermore, even if there's no amendment and your "anti-PAP" candidate (i.e. Tan Cheng Bock) ends up becoming the next (and the fifth non-Malay) "Elected President", do you have any solid proof that he's truly anti-LHL and anti-PAP?
