Tharman is expected to continue in his role. Ng Eng Hen is likely to move up to DPM to take over Teo. Tharman is a strong anchor in the West. I am told that Jospehine has lot of sway with voters and expected to lead a GRC. She has strong support from Tharman and Heng. Grace has offended too many people. Teo is long being considered the guardian of the establishment families so he would some sort of SM.

I doubt it. The government will handed over but not the political control mechanisms. After the father stepped down as PM, he remained as Chair of PA, Sec Gen of PAP and chaired GCIC? I expect the same.
