It's all a big farce and blardy kelong. almost everyone I met think so. How can a MP who is involved in voting important legislation issues in parliament be involved in defending such crooks. The judges are also biaseed. where is the declaration of no conflict of interests? the fact that at least 2 of them are Xtains means their view would be tainted as can be clearly seen by their statements exonerating the massive fraud and using all sorts of legal speak to obfuscate a glaring cheating case.
The fact that the wife stood to gain from impropriety of $50m dollars to jumpstart her career(which was a flop) means the husband is equally culpable(both stands to gain massively if she becomes a superstar if her singing career took off. which than god it didn't. ) like wise the other 5 accused stand to gain from career advancements and potential kick backs and rewards if Sun Ho becomes a superstar like whitney houston or taylor swift.What does it mean there was no material loss??? Hello where did the $50m go to??? you mean the american music producers , publicists, media all did the promotion for free??? you mean all the TV and airtime and advertisement for china wine was done pro bone and gratis??? these people ought to know that hiring PR people in USA costs a big bomb. what about the massive house she rented and stayed in USA??? who paid for the rent?? these music producers, publicists, the black rapper, TV adverts, lawyers all get paid even if the album was a massive flop.
