That is part A of the problem, they become BURDEN and expected to be PAMPERED like a useless spoil brad e.g HK now, non-stop make noise and nuisance ridiculously, rotting away!

Put nukes and missiles on Taiwan Island, where it is 400~450km shorter missile range to shoot Ang Moh in every Pacific bases (Guam, Okinawa Pearl Harbor etc) or American continent.
