Pastor Koh case: Uber driver charged with extortion

PETALING JAYA: A part-time Uber driver has claimed trial in the magistrate's court here to extorting the son of missing Pastor Raymond Koh Kong Jee.

Lam Chang Nam, 31, was charged with extorting Jonathan Koh Szu Hao, 33, of RM30,000 for the purpose of releasing his father.

Lam is charged with committing the offence at Paradigm Mall at 8.46pm on March 6 and was accused under Section 385 of the Penal Code.

The accused's counsel, Datin Raj Preet Kaur, asked for bail, but the court refused to grant it.

Magistrate Mohd Azali Ibrahim fixed April 26 for mention.


Koh was abducted from his car by a group of men along Jalan SS4B/10, Petaling Jaya on Feb 13.

A CCTV video, which captured the abduction, showed three black SUVs stopping in the middle of the road.

Shortly after that, two of the SUVs were driven away followed by a light-coloured car, believed to be Koh's Honda Accord and the other SUV.

Did I say that my account of my mudlander neighbours from hell is public news? I said this and the many other news I posted about mudlander are public news. Again you highlighted part of my sentence and paint my character black out of nothing. I quote my sentence "Mine all public news got proof got talk on the lowest order being mudlander bastard 31 year old. " Like that so clear you still can ignore the second part of my sentence to accuse me my mudlander neighbours from hell account are just stories when I never said they are public news. All I said was the 31 year old charged for extortion is "Similar age to my mudlander neighbours from hell." You are really low life evil mudlander bastard wolf in sheep's clothing painting my character in every low life way by distorting what I said again and again.

Btw this and other public news of mudlanders do support my mudlander neighbours from hell stories too like one news on how mudlanders are ownself litterbugs who accused foreigner of being litterbug until the CCTV caught and exposed them, many act nice infront datuk are caught cheats/scammers etc. And this 31 year old low life charged for extortion is similar in age to my mudlander neighbours from hell is a fact too.
