For those 2 cases notice the difference. One got caned the other shit skin that molested a 12 yr old girl got away without caning.

For the shit skin that got the caning sentence his wife aided the maid in reporting him. The identity of the 12 yr old girl is obviously unknown but i suspect she might be Chinese.
