This is a historical case by a Singaporean against AGC and the manipulated Constitution.
Another important point is that the panel has been expanded from a normal three-man to five.
Also the Judgment will have widespread implications.
So I intend to attend
I might attend too; so if I do attend, I'll try to look out for beautiful middle-aged women (especially those between 50 and 60 years old) and guess which one you are! :p

To compare Singapore judiciary with that of the US is like apples and oranges.
You can take them to court...have a hearing & create public awareness.
End of it all, it will just be a very expensive event and making you a very important man in the eyes of the gahmen for the wrong reasons.
You are not just fighting a gahmen...you are fighting an entire system.
Judges, whether in USA or SG, are supposed to uphold the law without fear or favour.
USA's Judges are doing that. Are SG Judges any less?

:pAn important observation at yesterday's trial was that Hri Kumar dared not stick out his neck to explain why AGC recommended that the count for the 1st Elected President starts from WKW. He insisted that it was Parliament that decided to start the count from WKW. This is a weak point which detrimental to AGC (LHL had explained that the govt took AGC's advice to start the count from WKW). Hri Kumar didnt dare answer the Judges questions directly and tried to tolak with mother hood answers. Hope that the Judges hold all these against AGC.
Overall AGC gave a weak defence and we hope that the five Judges are fair and just and they give a favourable judgment to TCB.
I wait with great anticipation for the judgment as yesterday's trial proceeding was favourable to TCB. It couldnt be better.
You can sense that TCB is gently confident.
According to Hri, Parliament had the sole prerogative to decide when to start the count. But according to LHL, AGC recommended that it starts with WKW. What LHL is saying is that AGC made a good case to the govt to start count from WKW. But yesterday, Hri dare not back up the reason why AGC recommended the way it did as claimed by LHL.
Based on Hri's refusal, the Judges is likely to rule in favour of TCB as AGC was not able to justify its recommendation to start count from WKW.
Yesterday's proceeding exposed a b.ll less AGC and a clueless LHL. AGC pointed finger at LHL. LHL pointed finger at AGC. It looked bad on AGC and LHL
