Temporary Hawkers' Centers are UNSAFE! Bad Hygine!

Singapore said it's first world but it's temporary hawkers' centers are very very 3rd world as far as I can see. Smelly, dirty, dark, crowded and full of fume & smoke. Environmental health is so bad and worst than many 3rd world food places including India & China, even Malaysia.

You find rats and cockroaches and flies in these places dealing with food.

And stupid Singaporeans thinks EVERYTHING in Singapore MUST BE CLEAN! When it is obviously DIRTY and HORRIBLE, they still wrongly assumed that they were safe - in the Cleanest Singapore, under the Cleanest PAP Govt!

How stupid!

Deserves to die of bad food.

SINGAPORE - A second woman has died this week in Singapore in a mass food poisoning case linked to a single street food stall.

The Health Ministry says the 59-year-old woman died Wednesday, a day after the death of a 57-year-old woman who had eaten at the same food stall.

The ministry says the stall sells Indian rojak, which is usually a combination of fried seafood and egg with gravy.

Some 137 people who ate at the stall last week have been treated for severe abdominal cramps, vomiting and diarrhea, and 37 of them have been hospitalized.

The ministry says two of the cases have tested positive for a bacteria found in raw or partially cooked seafood.

The food stall has been shut down.

the best is close all temporary market now .. and do spot check/get independent clean audit .. like this market fail the audit test , stop work for 1 month till clean..

do audit test every 3 month .. for all temporary market.
