劉姓等4名涉嫌人都是新加坡籍，年紀都在20歲至25歲之間，上周陸續來台旅遊，一起租住在大同區某出租公寓，預計昨天下午4時搭機返回新加坡，所幸警方及時將他們緝獲，免於讓他們逍遙法外。
警方表示，2名被害台灣女子飽受4名惡狼無情摧殘，心靈大受創傷，昨天凌晨清醒後逃出魔掌，於上午約8時許，哭哭啼啼到大同分局報案，經婦幼隊女警詢問案情製作筆錄後，警方隨即開偵辦，從租屋紀錄查知4嫌身分。
由於4嫌當天下午就要出境，時間緊迫，警方先報請境管免於他們潛逃出境，同時全面進行追蹤，約2小時後，就在台北市西門捷運站附近將4嫌緝獲。
4嫌供稱在兩情兩悅下，與2女發生性關係，否認是性侵，但2女證稱在非自願情況下，遭他們輪流性侵。警方認為4嫌說詞規避刑責，訊後依妨害性自主罪嫌移送士林地檢署偵辦。
