Hey, what happened to them Iskandar Gurus ?
Who is most influential?
Gavin Tee,
K.K.Tan,
Khalil Aldis,
Ho Chin Soon,..

...is this the lull, before the next bigger Boomz, in Iskandar zone ?

Thanks

Why this sudden post? Anyway...

Khalil - Nice guy personally. His job depends on him marketing Iskandar so he has to say good things about it. It's the same old story repeated about Singapore eventually being too expensive to live and work so it's natural we have to move over to Iskandar to live next time. Like the HK-Shenzhen story we have heard too many times. Whether he truly believes in Iskandar or not..... that one only he knows deep down.

Ryan Khoo - Glib talker. One who will never find anything bad about Iskandar. Whatever concerns or problems you raise up to him, he has a way to tell you there is a positive side to it. Yes, sometimes it's good to think positively. But when one is 100% positive all the time, you have to be wary. Is the person a snake oil salesman?

Ho Chin Soon - The map maker guy. Won't express his views openly. His son is law-trained so maybe he is careful with his words. He is more of an overall Malaysian "development tracker" through pictures and maps. Not a firm supporter of Iskandar per se. Just doing what he knows best for decades -- produce maps.
