Do you think Adam Khoo company and his consultants really can help you to become rich by share trading? if he can, why he cannot come out with money to help his own father?

after all, it is only 4millions and adam khoo cannot lend his own father 4millions to save his father company from bankruptcy?

adam khoo always tells people that his is the youngest millionaire in singapore and stay in landed property and he has no 4mil dollars? that cannot be.

Sadly, after many of Adcom’s recent clients failed to pay up, (they closed down because of tough times), Adcom incurred bad debts of over $4 million dollars. The funny thing is that when the company’s clients do not pay, Adcom has to still pay SPH for the bill of $4m++…. The clients get away scot free… that just how it is.

Adam Khoo is a decent small time businessman with a good personal and likely profitable consulting gig.

I was pretty much neutral to his NLP motivational workshops even though personally I think its purported benefits are overblown. Some years ago, he started to diversify by associating himself with all sorts of dubious conman; acting as spokesperson to various financial get rich quick courses. That pretty much washed his reputation among serious businessmen and higher finance professionals down the drain.

He owed his fame in no small part to his alma mater, NUS Business School, who actively promoted him as the poster boy of Singapore's entrepreneurial spirit. It always amused me that a self-proclaimed world class leading business school could only count on a small time consulting businessman to parade its panoply of illustrious graduates.

The business of a company shall be managed by, or under the direction or supervision of, the directors.
So there is no such thing as being only technically a director .
There are legal consequences in some situations and one simply cannot just shrug it off so casually.

No need for bankruptcy. Its limited liability company and usually are $2 company. Companies and banks who extend credit to these companies will also secure personal guarantees. Obviously SPH did not. Vince Khoo obviously has retired. He took the $1m as part of his pension fund. It also explains why the son spends his effort in scams industries. The fruit cannot fall far from the tree.

Adam khoo is a motivational speaker and a pretty shitty one,and his company is a promotional company originally centered around him,I guess people was getting tired of his bullshit so he had to diversify into tuition business and get rich quick schemes.
