Not true, I remember the condo incident where a PRC female attacked the condo staff. Lucky for him the incident was captured by a camera.
After that incident many condos started to install cameras in their condo offices.
Bus drivers have been attacked so often that the companies have installed cameras in all the buses & signs telling passengers yo stop assaulting their drivers.
