The EP has turned something into a joke. After 50 years of independence, we still trying to define what the President is or what the President is not. PAP wants the educate the populace, emphasizing that this is not a GE and a president should not be running on national issues which they have no power anyway. But the candidates are just going to run on issues because in election, candidates are going to find way to differentiate themselves. Sinkies are also going to use this opportunity to cast protest votes without giving a damn about what voting for a president means.
