Sure grades don't matter, but when you apply for jobs, some employers (esp govt /GLC's) ask even for PSLE grades!
Grades don't matter-than ask RI,RGS,ACS,SJI,ect2 to select students via balloting-no need to look at PSLE results!
Actually its true for one group of people-foreigners, meaning grades/paper from anywhere also can-even South Pacific University masters obtained out of personal interest and they say not considered for employment (but why include in CV?).
They cannot even find 1 local to do her job?
