Why would he do that? Be practical lah ...this is sinkapore ...can't make a living in sports. A SEA games gold medal will not bring in any endorsement contracts. Moreover, sinkapore is so tiny ...endorsement contracts pay peanuts.

Stick to your day job and live like a typical sinkee.

This guy has been running since his school days. He is now at the tail end of is career and will be 34 when he competes at next year's SEA Games. He came in 9th in 2015. Someone from the athletic fraternity should talk to him.
