SG is Pee Sai only.

Elgin Bridge in front of Parliament is only 46 meters length. This PLA bridge is 22X length.

Woodlands to JB causeway is only 1km.

Not really, the 1st & 2nd generation equipment of this kind were bought in the earlier days in conjunction with a host of other types which was supposedly classified in the old days. Only difference is over the generation; the software is more guniang than garang than before.

If you ever see them launch and build one in the past NDPs in Kallang bay ; you would feel that its like boys playing than combat bridging. Its even worst outfield.

Bro, should be still there as not much changes over the years at SOCE ; major changes is Seletar resort, old birds dun recognize it with the major developments and demolition.

I still wonder if they ever fish out 7th Bridge's asset outside the slipway over the incident.

due high costs, they used recycled / gutter oil and oso to camouflage the div-sized number of vehicles crossing.
heard that they will now explore underwater bridge and during night time for eco / stealth reasons ;)

during my time a 69% constructed transom bridge (bailey bridge) fell into the ravine. the other platoon commander was too eager to launch it further out without ensuring there was enough counterweight on the near bank.
