CNIM is a French turnkey conglomerate dealing in construction, industrial design and manufacturing. All their escalators are made in China by their wholly-owned subsidiary CTE.

After that China accident I became very weary of escalator and elevator brands
Nowadays it's common to bump into people walking with their attention focused on their handphones.
