These are purpose-built and are just the machines suited for taking care of the fires that cause the haze. They can skim the surface of a lake or the sea to fill up the body with water in a matter of seconds and head straight to douse the flames. I think they are more useful here than the super expensive F-35 stealth fighters that the republic plans to purchase.

Yes. Malaysia got one of this. I think there should be more. It only takes a few minutes to fill and take off again for another sortie.manufacturer -bombardier of Canada. The same people who build q400, crj's and now, the c-series jets.
