We all know the meat from such a big fish is not tender. Lol.... these ah tiongs all show no substance.

Chinese had done world's most sophisticated cooking and eating of most enormous array of food from world's oldest civilization, since when all other humans were caveman an savage, the Chinese already eating most exquisite meals.

The soup is cooked long time, all the meat soften into a quasi paste state. The meal is the soup where all the good taste and nutritional values are. Not the remaining fish.

#SgEatWithUs is a grounds-up initiative to get Singaporeans to share their home-cooked dishes. On 2 Aug 2015, the group gathered 303 people, including many senior citizens, to come together for a popiah party. Held at MBS Waterfront Promenade, they had to eat popiah at the same time for the record.

浓汁鲤鱼汤

材料
主料:鲤鱼1条(约400g),鸡腿菇50g,牛奶100g,枸杞10g,葱10g,生姜10g,盐5g,辅料:绍酒,胡椒粉少许
做法
时间:10分钟
烹饪时间:25分钟
1.鲤鱼洗净,切两段。生姜去皮切片,鸡腿菇竖切成两段,枸杞泡洗干净,葱切段。
2.烧锅下油,投入鲤鱼,用中火煎至两面稍黄,汆入绍酒,下姜丝,注入清汤,用中火烧开。
3.待焖至汤汁稍白时,入鸡腿菇、枸杞、葱段,调入盐、蘑菇精、胡椒粉、牛奶,焖透即可。
提示:鲤鱼的肉质十分新鲜细嫩,不仅吃着可口,而且容易被消化和吸收,是难得的美味又营养的优质食材。食用鲤鱼有开胃健脾、利水消肿、安胎通乳等功效。鲤鱼还具有滋补功能,对保持头发黑亮有一定作用。

鱼骨熬汤一定要有大鱼汤才有美味。就像鸡汤一样。一定要老母鸡才会有好美味精华。小母鸡就是不够味道,汤会差。

著名<阿一鲍鱼>用8~9只老母鸡的精华熬成一盆美味的汤底,就是秘诀。单单鲍鱼是绝对没有这种味道的。怎样都不会有这水平。
