The cottage cheese + flaxseed oil mixture is very simple to do. You have to get one of those hand mixers to mix the concoction. I used the cottage cheese available at NTUC & bought the Barleans flaxseed oil from iHerb, http://www.iherb.com/search?sug=barlean's flax oil&kw=barlean's flax&rank=2#p=1
I added blueberries, yoghurt, and ground flax seed into the mixture. You have to use a coffee grinder to grind the flax seed into smaller bits. You can get the seeds from any health store
I found the mixture yummy & recommend it to anyone even if you are not ill.
