Most people thought he was sent to PE to retire.

How did Charles Chong swing around ?
Charles Chong Seemed to know a lot about the financial standing of PE or otherwise, the larger GRC where PE belonged to as he claimed there was no such PE entity when Large GRC was making profit in its operating funds. The rest is too confusing to talk about .
WP Lee Li Lian being then PE MP, she did not respond well during the TC- fund attack from Charles Chong. In fact, WP Png and WP Sylvia Lim over shadowed WP Li Lian during the argument of PETC funds. What would PE voters make of WP Li Lian as a MP ?
Mass Media was another PAP devil , published irrelevant or unproven facts that murdered WP at PE.
Two things Charles Chong claimed are the bone of contention. One is the one million surplus whether in PE or Pasir- Ris GRC and the 22 million PE sinking fund not accounted for, which most people believed had nailed the coffin at PE sending WP Lee Li Lian out of job.
Unfortunately, WP Lee Li Lian was innocently-badly smeared at PE by all these yet to be proven figures.
Now, Workers Party owes an absolute favor to WP Lee Li Lian to seek this rightful redress. If unproven figures that were claimed by Charles Chong deviate from the truth, WP should do the right thing to return this innocence and justice and confidence to WP Lee Li Lian and her supporters at PE.
